The Departments of Computer Science & Engineering and Department of Information Technology are working for the global Excellence in Computing, Information and National relevance in Teaching, Research & Development. To impart the hands-on field experience to our graduating students is the Vision of the Department. The Department has a tie-up with the Multinational Company HCL and with their collaboration practical skills are developed in students.
The department has well equipped laboratories with more than 350 Pentium-IV computers with the latest configuration. These computers are networked through the state-of-the art technology and 5 powerful servers running on Linux and Windows 2007. A Proxy Server is separately dedicated to the Internet services.
