Dr. Shashi Kochar, with 40 years of educational experience to her credit, had been a reputed academician and authored 28 books and some of them have been prescribed in the CBSE and for Higher Educational Institutes. She has done lot of research and written research papers besides being a guide for umpteen Ph.D research scholars. She has delivered talks on radio and Television on various aspects of education from time to time. She had been an educational administrator and had worked in Planning Commission, Govt. of India and steered the projects of education division.

He had also been Dean, Faculty of Technology, Delhi University. Besides being an eminent scholar, published many papers in National and International Journals and provided guidance to the Ph.D research scholars and evaluated Master's Degree thesis. |
